Can I install Downloader or sideload apps on the Fire TV Stick 4K Select?
No. The 4K Select runs Vega OS, which only installs apps from the Amazon Appstore that are made for Vega. Android apps and the Downloader app can’t be installed on it.
How do I know if my Fire TV runs Vega OS?
Go to Settings → My Fire TV → About and look at the software version. If it says Vega OS, use StreamBox Player from the Appstore. If it says Fire OS, the regular Fire TV version installs from the Appstore in the same way.
Does my account work on my other devices too?
Yes. One StreamBox Player account works on Fire TV, Android TV, phones, tablets and Windows PCs, on up to 3 devices. Your playlists can be copied from one device to another with a short code.
Which playlists can I add?
M3U and M3U8 playlists with XMLTV guides, Xtream Codes logins and Stalker portals.
Does StreamBox Player include any content?
No. StreamBox Player is a media player. It does not include or sell channels, films or playlists. You use it with a playlist or service you already have access to.
