StreamBox Player is provided by Luminstore (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@streambox.fun.
2. The service
StreamBox Player is a media player. It does not include, sell or provide access to any channels, films, programmes or playlists, and it is not affiliated with any content provider. You are responsible for the content you add and for having the right to access it. You must not use StreamBox Player with unlawful or unlicensed content.
3. Your account
An account is required to use the app. Keep your sign-in details secure and let us know if you believe your account has been used without your permission. Each plan covers a set number of devices; please don’t share your account beyond that limit or attempt to get around the free trial or device limits.
4. Free trials and offers
New accounts may receive a free trial, limited to one per device. From time to time we may also offer full access free of charge for a limited period. The length of any trial or offer is shown in the app and on our website. When it ends, a plan is required to continue using the app.
5. Plans and payment
- A plan is a licence to use StreamBox Player on your account. It does not include any content.
- Prices are shown on our Plans page and at checkout before you pay.
- Yearly plans run for 12 months from the date of purchase and do not renew automatically. If you renew early, the new period starts when the current one ends.
- Lifetime plans are a one-time payment and remain active for as long as we offer StreamBox Player.
- Website payments are processed by our payment partners. Purchases made through the Amazon Appstore or Google Play are subject to that store’s terms.
- We may change our prices for new purchases. Price changes never affect a plan you have already paid for.
6. Refunds
Plans bought on our website can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase. See our refund policy for details.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep StreamBox Player reliable, but we cannot guarantee that it will work with every playlist, provider or device, or that it will always be available without interruption. We are not responsible for third-party services or the content they provide. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time in the app or in My account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, for example by using unlawful content or sharing an account beyond its plan. If we close an account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any paid plan.
9. Intellectual property
StreamBox Player, including its name and design, belongs to Luminstore. You may not copy, modify, resell or reverse engineer the app except where the law allows.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
